Discover more about East Bali...

Despite having a lot to see and to do, East Bali is not as packed with travelers compared to other areas of the island. Surprisingly though, because this region has so much to offer...

It has the most sacred volcano on the island, one of the two villages where the original Balinese descendent live, spectacular rice field views, great diving sights and so much more.

Let me list them more specifically so you'll realize too how rich this part of this island is.

Gunung Agung Gunung Agung is an impressive volcano and dominates the landscape in East Bali. On a cloudless day you will see it's summit everywhere you go.

This mountain is deeply respected by the Balinese and is considered as the most holy mountain on the island. However it has caused a lot of suffering as well for the Balinese people as it killed thousands during an eruption in 1963.

Besides being the most holy mountain on the island, today it is also popular among climbers. It is a tough hike so you should be a bit trained and fit. But once you have endured the climb you'll be rewarded with a spectacular view on the summit, especially at sunrise. The best time to climb is from July till September.

Temples; Pura Besakih and Pura Kehen Pura Besakih is considered the mother temple for all the Balinese people. It is the most important and with the big Gunung Agung on the background the setting is pretty mystical. Compared to other temples, the areas of Pura Besakih are very limited though.

But if you hear about a ceremony taking place there then you should definitely visit this temple. It is a unforgettable sight to see all the beautifully dressed Balinese placing offerings.

Another important and more accessible temple complex in East Bali is Pura Kehen, Bangli. It resembles Pura Besakih however it is much smaller. I do recommend visiting it though because of it's many nice statues and carvings. It's location amid a palm tree plantation makes it nice to walk around.

Tenganan Tenganan is a village where the original descendants of Bali prior to the Majahapit's arrival still live. It is located near Candidasa within a valley surrounded by mountains.

The villagers, the Bali Aga people are a secluded community with many strict social rules who live in a basic looking village set within a wall. When you walk around they do not seem to be the richest people on the island, but here appearance is deceiving.

The Bali Aga are prosperous due to the fertile land surrounding their village. Until today they divide the yields evenly among each other.

Many tourists visit Tenganan daily to admire their famous double waving 'ikat' cloths. It is worth visiting when you are in the area and it is nice to chat with the people there about their history and daily life.

Water palaces; Tirta Gangga and Taman Ujung In East Bali there are two popular water palaces. My favorite is the Tirta Gangga as the trip to this palace is beautiful plus you can actually dive into one of the pools and enjoy the fresh water coming from the spring.

The water palace was built by the raja of Amplapura in 1947, just as the other water palace Taman Ujung located nearby.

The garden and the pools of Tirta Gangga are beautifully maintained and there are many statues throughout the area. The big pools are decorated with fountains and flowers and as I mentioned before you can enjoy a refreshing swim in one of the royal pools. Don't forget your swim wear and towel if you plan to visit this palace...!

Diving spots Many resorts in East Bali offer great diving packages as this is one of the best regions in Bali to do some diving. Popular starting points are Padangbai, Candidasa, Amed and Tulamben.

It is possible to hire boats at dive operators who will take you to the best dive sights. Traditional fishermen are a perfect option if you plan to do some snorkeling only.

If you are lucky expect to see white tip sharks, manta rays, barracudas, turtles and the rare Oceanic Sunfish.

Beaches If you know where to find them, you will be treated with real white sandy beaches in East Bali. The majority of the beaches in East Bali are of black volcanic sand. And in Candidasa the beach has even disappeared to wrong planning.

However we managed to find two beaches that are really like the pictures you often see of a tropical white beach. The first one is right next to Padangbai and is called Bias Tugal. The other is a bit more difficult to find and is located between Candidasa and Jasri. It's called Pasir Putih, meaning White Sand. Well...that says enough.

Both beaches are very quiet and secluded. Don't expect any bars or restaurants at the beach. Just locals selling canned soft drinks. But if you love these quiet beaches then you should definitely check them out.

Day trips Last but definitely not the least....day trips. East Bali has truly a spectacular landscape of mountains, valleys, rice fields and ocean. Our favorite route is passing Sideman and Rendang.

The area is ideal for hiking as well ofcourse.

Sideman is located in a mountainous area which is covered with fresh green vegetation and rice terraces. In Rendang the road twists and turns around the terrific rice fields giving you great views of this complicated man-made creation.

Another great route, passing villages where time seems to have stood still, is from Candidasa to Ubud via Manggis, Selat and Besakih

East Bali offers a wonderful opportunity to discover a Bali that is, compared to South Bali still pretty much untouched. It is perfect if you are looking for a less crowded place to enjoy your holiday at the beach or in the nature while experiencing the rich Balinese culture.

Soak up the sun: five summer beach holidays

There are some beautiful beaches in the UK and they are great to visit during the seemingly random sunnier periods of our year. However, lets be honest, the British summertime is a bit of an up and down affair at best and can often end up becoming a washout. With belts being tightened and every penny counted, do you really want to risk your hard-earned cash on a beach holiday in the rain?

With last minute offers and huge summer sales, there are now many beach holidays to luxury destinations across the world that will cost you less than you think.

When it comes to beach holiday destinations, Egypt may not be the first one that springs to mind however, if you want the smallest possible chance of rain on your holiday, then Egypt is probably your best bet. In the summer months Egypt will have consistently average temperatures in the 30s and around 12 hours of sunshine a day. Rainfall is pretty much nonexistent during June to September, so you are almost guaranteed a sunny holiday. The coastal resort of Sharm El Sheikh is becoming increasingly popular with British tourists and offers some of the best beaches and five star hotels that Egypt has to offer. A flight to Egypt is around five hours, so it is very popular with those wanting a bit of sun, but aren't willing to go long-haul.

A little further afield than Egypt, the island of Hawaii has very consistent weather throughout the year with average summertime temperatures of around 30oC. However, there are many different micro-environments and you can find tropical rainforests and sunny beaches right next to each other. Water temperatures can reach a very pleasant 27ÂșC and there are many beautiful, picture perfect beaches for holidaymakers to enjoy. Obviously the exchange rate to the US Dollar will have a great influence on the price of your Hawaiian holiday, so it is worth keeping an eye on the exchange rate to get a good deal.

While Hawaii has always been a popular island to visit, one that has grown in popular recentlyOne of the top beach destinations in the world is the Indonesian island of Bali. The best time to visit Bali is between May and October when rainfall is at its lowest. The temperature is fairly consistent throughout the year and is usually around 28oC. The beaches of Bali are what people come to experience and there is nothing like taking a dip in warm turquoise waters or watching a Bali sunset from a hammock with a cocktail in hand. Be prepared for a long flight, but your pound should go a long way against the Indonesian Rupiah.

Back in Europe, Italy might not have been the first place to mind when thinking about a beach break, but there are plenty of beautiful spots to lay down your towel. Some of the country's highlights include the beautiful beaches of Sardinia, Tuscany and the Italian islands. The Italian climate is Mediterranean, especially on the west coast, so it is hot and dry during the summer months and perfect beach weather. Also, the flight time to Italy is only around two and half hours so you don't have to travel too far to find some summer sun.

For those looking to leave the familiarity of Europe and venture into the dark continent, Kenya is a popular holiday choice. Known for its amazing wildlife and safaris, few travellers are aware of its amazing coast and beaches. The city of Mombassa is a very popular beach destination and travellers will often book a Kenya safari and a week on the beach to help them relax. Kenya's coast boasts over 300 miles of white sand beaches and summer high temperatures of around 30oC. There are also a huge number of activities to keep you busy, including some great dive sites and a range of watersports for thrill seekers.

So when you are looking at beach holidays this year, keep these destinations in mind and you are almost guaranteed some summer sun. by Isla Campbell

Holding your wedding ceremony in the summer months of June, July and August may mean that you're more likely to receive sunny weather on your big day but it can limit you when choosing your luxury honeymoon holiday as the school holidays mean costlier airfares, crowded beaches and the dreaded hurricane season in the Caribbean. How to Choose Your Next Tropical Destination

There are a lot of tropical destinations in the world but how do you know what island is best for your holiday? What if you want to set off to a hushed romantic tropical resort and end up on a youthful party island? What if your island doesn't have as a lot of scuba diving as you want or the prices were more than you wanted to pay? How do you locate where the best information is? What do you look for in choosing the best tropical destination for you? Often many people don't know where to start. Research from guidebooks can help but that is time consuming. Here are some tips that can help you make the process of choosing your tropical holiday easier and quicker:

For starters, pick what type of island holiday you. Do you want an active island vacation, great diving, a luxurious island resort, a off the beaten path island or will just any island do for you? Pick one thing that is a deal breaker for you so if you get jammed between two destinations, you use that one thing as the deciding factor.

Next, decide where on the planet you want to visit. Do you want your tropical holiday to be close to home or far away? Remember, the further away you travel, the more expensive the holiday will be. Even if the island is inexpensive, traveling there might not be.

Next, decide how much your budget will be. Some might choose this as the number one thing you should do but you can't decide how much you need to set aside or spend if you haven't decided where you are going yet. A semi-expensive tropical island close to home will need less money than an inexpensive active island far away. You'll need more money if you are flying to Bali from New York than you would if you were flying to Bermuda, even though Bali is a cheaper island.

Get some island names. Now that you know where in the world you want to go for your vacation, what you want to do there, and how much you want to spend, get a list of islands in that area to research. Draw up a list of five, otherwise the list becomes too long because there's so many islands in the world. Get a healthy mix of popular island destinations and off the beaten path islands.

Research your tropical islands. What is the food like? What is the diving like? How much does it cost? Who goes there? Is it easy to get too? Does it have what you want? Head to the store for a guidebook or do some online research at websites like best tropical islands.

Make a final decision. Now that you have narrowed your list down, make a decision. This is the hardest part, huh? All of those islands look good. Can't we just go to them all? Sadly,no. We have to choose one. If you are having trouble picking one, use the deal breaker we discussed in step one to decide. All things being equal, this deal breaker should be the deciding factor. That way you stay focused and don't over think your decision. By staying focused, you can go with your gut and make the decision much less painful and avoid second guessing.

So now you have picked your tropical island, go start booking flights and hotels. If you follow these guidelines, you can help get to your perfect island getaway quicker by spending less time deciding where to go and more time at the location. Once there, you know that island will be exactly what you want and will never have to say "It was good but…" as no one wants to say that! So enjoy your tropical destination and have a fruity drink for us! by Matthew Kepnes

Choose Balangan Village Jimbaran as your Next Holiday Home

The Balangan village is one of the villages which located on the south of Bali island. The Balangan village include subdistrict of Jimbaran. Balangan was the village with the more unfertile land or almost completely dry land with the limestone here and there.

The Balangan village was name as one of a poor village in south of Bali becaused by the inhabitants could not work on the soil like the other villages around Bali island that has a fertile land and abundant of water. The crop that could grow fertile only peanuts and soybean.

The Balangan village began to be able to enjoy the electricity current from the government since 1993 and clean water from PDAM entered after 1998. Before that the inhabitants here relied only from the diesel engine for the need of electricity and accommodated the rain water to satisfy the requirement for water as a day life. Still could be seen in almost each of the inhabitants’s house in Balangan village, they had a big water reservoir to accommodate the rain water

The property development turning-point for the village of Balangan was since the entry of clean water and electricity to the village and trigger the property development especially when it was pioneered by the villas that was owned by the foreigner.

The first area which give more interest was the tundun penyu area which situated on the peak of a hill with view of the gulf of Jimbaran and Benoa bay. If you see to the north after the rain drops then you will see the mountain rank far up north. Really was very picturesque scenery. This area was as the birth of the development property in the village of Balangan. This of only as the beginnings because now after the Pecatu Graha Residence was open all the places in the village of Balangan until the beach with bright white sands. This beach of Balangan is located on the north side the Dreamland beach who became the new attraction for the surfer and the sunset seekers.

Because the village of Balangan was located on neighbouring with the luxury mega project Pecatu Graha Residence then the village of Balangan is affected by this current situation of large-scale and international developments project. At this time the land that is located at the edge of the beach and in the peak of the hill often seek by the investors.

With the benefit from geography situation and the location that is strategic close to facilities like the golf-course, the white sand beach, the soon build International hospital, the five star hotels, the elite’s residential as well as boutique Bali villas, then the village of Balangan will become one of the locations for residential for the upper class. by dharma

Ubud Still The Best Place to Build Your Holiday Villas

Villa Alamanda, situated 8 minutes southeast of the cultural town of Ubud, is approached through the traditional Balinese woodcarvers' village of Tengkulak. Perched high on a ridge above the Petanu River, across the forest canopy, the graceful architecture blends contemporary elegance with ethnic charm.

The 'Master Bedroom' is furnished in a contemporary style, enhanced by a bell jar ceiling lantern, Indonesian artefacts and paintings by local artists. Louvre doors lead into a dressing room, fitted with a chunky marble washbasin and teak cabinets and adjacent to the bathroom, with its marble bathtub and shower. The glassless windows in the bathroom allow the cool breezes to permeate, and provide lovely views of the main garden area and swimming pool bordering the river valley.

The 'Red Room' is characterised by red accessories such as the lamps and paintings; and the 'Cinnamon Room' by the spicy-scented cinnamon stick arrangement in the vase above the bed. Both of these bedrooms feature a private garden bathroom with a marble bathtub surrounded by walls and leafy shrubs.

Designed to harmonise with the environment, this exclusive Bali villa comfortably sleeps up to two people in three stylish & spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Uluwatu Beach - An Ideal place for Fanatic Surfers

For those fanatic surfers out there, I would surely have no need to describe Uluwatu for you. This is likely to be your beach haven and you know it inside out. Uluwatu beach is just that indescribable, perfect paradise for surfers. Besides the wonderful scenery accompanying the waves in this lovely place, there are also many small local cafes providing light snacks for those who want to fill their tummy before surfing. However, if you do not surf, it does not mean Uluwatu isn't the place for you. Look out for all the sweet little moments served out to you on a plate in every nook and cranny of this amazing place. The beach is right down the hill so you will have to go down several stairways to reach it. As I walking down, I saw a monkey swinging from one tree branch to another. I felt so at one with nature right at that point. Now, just before you finally reach the beach you will come to this cave with water drops on one side due to the high tide the night before. Beautiful! Let me describe to you what I love about Uluwatu Beach… its white sandy beach with that handful of people sunbathing while the rest are far off in the distance trying the waves. I also like the idea of Uluwatu being a rocky beach, with all those corals right at the side of the coast. Do you know I had my own private pool right down at the beach! Yes, there are no tides or waves here and you can actually have a proper swim. Just stand on one end of the rock, examine some of the small sea fishes looking for food in the delightfully clear ocean. Wow… beyond my wildest imagination! Just like many other places, here many resorts and first class spas offer to spoil you silly, completing your perfect holiday.

Holiday Travel - Luxury or Discount Holidays?

Luxury vacations may cost you a fair amount of money, so be sure to make detailed plans so that you get the most out of your trip. Here is how you can go about planning for your trip.

To begin, make sure you are clear about your purposes. Do you need the vacation for healing purposes? Or just traveling to relax your mind. Different people travel for different reasons. What you need and want may not be what your travel companions need and want. To avoid tension, be sure to discuss your plans openly with whoever you are traveling you. Come to a common understanding early.

Everything else becomes easier to plan for when you are clear about what you want. As an example, if you are taking a vacation to take your mind off work, don't bring any kind of work along with you. Try to travel with people who share the same goals as you. Make a list of the equipment that you will need. Then plan your time wisely. It is sometimes good to have variety.

Variety actually helps to keep your entertained throughout the entire trip. You want want to plan for a massage session after a full day of sight seeing. Your vacation will then be filled with fun and exciting activities.

In sum, make sure that your plan works in your favor. Don't set yourself up for more stress. Your plan will help keep distractions at bay, and you will have a more pleasant trip. If possible, leave all your work and worries behind. Having some peaceful moments to yourself is rare and precious. Your travel plan will help you achieve that.

Now is the time to choose a luxury vacation destination. Where would be most ideal? Each destination will have its own unique characteristics. For sure, there is enough variety to choose from.

On luxury holidays, you will be staying in villas instead of resorts. We are not talking about resorts here. With villas, you get to enjoy private facilities. They are very private, and offers a lot of peace and quiet. For this simple reason, the rental will be much higher. For the price that you will be paying, you will get the whole villa to yourself.

Luxury vacations in first world countries cost the most. The main reason why such villas are the most expensive is because real estate is costly in these countries. Thus, be prepared to pay 2 to 3 times more.

For a much lower price, you can enjoy staying in villas in Asian countries. You can expect prices to be very reasonable.

In addition, sights are more interesting and uncommon. As an example, you may see beautiful Thai robes that are simply captivating. Luxury villas in destinations such as Bali are renowned for their exotic feel. Even the surroundings may be a breath of fresh air. For ultimate luxury, try staying in a super large 5 room villa!

You don't have to spend a bomb to stay in a luxurious villa. Just make an online search to see what comes up. If Asian destinations don't suit you, try Australia or New Zealand. by Gen Wright

Family Vacation - Working Out the Dollars and Cents

A good way to start planning for your family vacation is to work out the dollars and cents. Always budget generously as you may end up spending more than what you initially expect. When you go on a luxurious vacation, be prepared to shell out premium price. But you can still save if you plan well for your trip.

First, be clear about why you are traveling. Are you going there for business? Or you are traveling for leisure? Remember, different strokes for different people. Spare a thought for your travel companions, and think about what they want. Tension can be avoided if you talk it over with your pals. Work on your traveling goals together.

The details become clearer once you get your goals down on paper. For instance, if you are traveling to Bali to golf, then focus more your golf plans. Find travel companions with similar goals. Are there any additional tools you need to bring along? Then figure out how much time you need for each activity. If you are going to golf, do you intend to do any business while you are golfing?

Of course, the best travel plans always have a wide variety of activities. For instance, after scuba diving, you can always plan for a relaxing evening reading at the cafe. When you have your days filled with fun and relaxing activities, your trip will be an enjoyable and memorable one.

Finally, going on luxury vacations usually mean that it's time to pamper yourself. So don't let other distracting thoughts from spoiling your vacation. Try leaving all work and worries at home. Peace and quiet is great for healing the spirit. Make sure you work on your plan to achieve that!

If you have the budget for luxury vacations, there are many interesting destinations that you can visit. Every place offers different characteristics. There are lots of options to choose from.

Staying in a villa is part and parcel of a luxury holiday. You won't be staying in the traditional holiday resort. Villas are much larger, and definitely better equipped with facilities. Besides being well facilitated, villas are also very exclusive. Because of exclusivity, be prepared to pay a higher price for the accommodation. However, compared to just single or twin room resorts, villas offer much more room and space.

Top luxury destinations include those in highly developed countries like the US and the UK. Due to costlier real estate, the prices cannot be low. Therefore, it is common to have to pay a premium price for villas in these nations.

If you find it too costly to have luxury holidays in US or UK, try staying in an Asian villa. In these countries, land is a lot cheaper, and you get to enjoy breath taking scenery and beautiful beaches without having to pay premium prices.

In addition, you will also see sights that you don't normally see in western destinations. For example, you can visit temples and learn more about the eastern culture. A quick visit to Bali, and you will immediately experience what we have just mentioned. Even the architecture of the villas look and feel different. Depending on your group, you may stay on small villas with one to three rooms, or larger villas with 4 to 5 rooms.

When you stay in an Asian villa, you save a lot of money, and you enjoy similar experiences. You just have to know where to look. Other interesting luxury destinations include Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Hawaii, and Caribbean. by Gen Wright

Holiday Travel - Making Plans Can Help Save You Money

When you make good plans for your holiday trip, you will end up saving more. Spending less does not mean you have to compromise on the quality of your trip. You can still enjoy a high quality vacation while you save. When you go on a luxurious vacation, be prepared to shell out premium price. Here is how you can go about planning for your trip.

First, be clear about why you are traveling. Are you going there for business? Or do you want to go sight seeing? Remember, different strokes for different people. Spare a thought for your travel companions, and think about what they want. Always communicate with your travel companions to avoid misunderstandings. Reconcile your travel goals as much as you can.

It's easier to work out the rest of the details when you have clear goals. For instance, if you are traveling to Bali to golf, then focus more your golf plans. Find travel companions with similar goals. What equipment will you need? Then figure out how much time you need for each activity. You can mix your activities if you like to make the trip more interesting.

Of course, the best travel plans always have a wide variety of activities. For instance, after scuba diving, you can always plan for a relaxing evening reading at the cafe. When you have your days filled with fun and relaxing activities, your trip will be an enjoyable and memorable one.

In sum, make sure that your plan works in your favor. Don't set yourself up for more stress. Distractions are abundant, so you must be careful not to let them spoil your vacation. Just focus on enjoying the trip. Having some peaceful moments to yourself is rare and precious. Your travel plan will help you achieve that.

Once you have made up your mind to go on a luxury vacation, you will now have to pick a destination. Destinations differ in terms of facilities, scenery, and price. But there will be a place that will appeal to your own personal preferences.

When we talk about luxury vacations, we are referring to villas. We are not talking about resorts here. Villas are private dwellings with their very own facilities. They are highly exclusive and very peaceful. Of course, given such exclusivity, they cost a lot more. But in return, you get more space.

The most expensive destinations are those from developed countries. This is because real estate prices are high in such countries. Therefore, you can expect the prices of such villas to be two or three times more than villas in other destinations.

If price is a concern, then perhaps villas in the eastern part of the world such as Indonesia or the Philippines. You can expect prices to be very reasonable.

On top of that, you will also see sights that are more exotic and unusual. For instance, the people in Asian villas dress in traditional costumes that you may have never seen before. Luxury villas in destinations such as Bali are renowned for their exotic feel. Even the surroundings may be a breath of fresh air. For ultimate luxury, try staying in a super large 5 room villa!

So who says you have to spend a fortune to enjoy luxury holidays? Just spend a little more time looking around. If Asian destinations don't suit you, try Australia or New Zealand. by Gen Wright

The Caravan parks in Australia

Nice place for holiday.
Some of the parks are only offering donga style accommodation, and they are getting in excess of $300 per week for single bed in a donga. At Elvira's Paradise Elvira is going to have Bali style huts and quality decoration. Katherine property values will explode in the next couple of years due mainly to the mining boom but also because more and more tourists are learning about the Northern Territory.

Where else can you go for a holiday and be absolutely guaranteed that it won't rain between the months of May and October and the temperature is usually hovering around 27deg during the day and rarely goes below 15deg at night. We in the Northern Territory take our weather for granted, but the visitor's wake up in the morning and say "what a beautiful day", our answer is "this is what every day is like".

Yet there is something about deserts that is very enticing, something that is attracting tourists in ever increasing numbers. A lot has to do with their stark beauty- weird geological formations and even stranger animals complement the wide open spaces and the sparse shrubbery. The result is an other-worldly place where you cannot help but feel detached from the hustle and bustle of modern day life. The opportunity for privacy these days is becoming rarer, and many are prepared to brave the heat and the conditions of deserts in order to find it. One little South Australian outback town of 3500 people that is a regular tourist fixture is Coober Pedy.

Remember that traveling through the outback requires care and preparation, and should not be undertaken lightly. That said, all the effort will be worthwhile once you reach this unique town. It is known as the opal capital of the world, with over 70 per cent of the worlds opals coming out of its 70 minefields. Eighty years of mining have left the town looking like some kind of lunar landscape, with mine shafts and mullock heaps scattered around its surface.

Static caravans in Australia are excellent financial investment for families, providing cost effective holidays every time they feel the need. There is a lot of information available for static caravans in Australia and it can be confusing where and how to start looking. Once you equip yourself with the right knowledge and essential basics for static caravan purchasing, you will find the ideal static caravan to fit your family's needs.

Here you are able to go on a guided tour of the mine, as well as observe how they cut and polish the stones. There is an interpretative centre that explains the history and process of mining, and award winning documentaries are shown. There is a display of fossils found in the mines, and a genuine dug out home on display.

One thing you will notice about this town is the friendly and relaxed attitude of the locals. For such a small town there is an incredible ethnic diversity here, with over 45 different nationalities being represented. Thus there is a general vibe of tolerance and acceptance, which quickly rubs off on visitors, who are welcomed with open arms.

Caravan awnings can be found in a broad breadth of shapes and sizes, with styles on hand to suit any configuration of caravan or budget. Caravan Awnings give holidaymakers the chance to extend the accommodation and storage space of their caravan on demand. Caravan awnings are made of several materials, the most common being either polyester or acrylic. A caravan awning will promptly add style and space to any caravan.

Family camping and caravanning holidays are a low cost way of having a great holiday. Remember if you hire your caravan holiday home you will comprise the time you and your family have to use it, so think clearly about you priorities, owning your own gives much more freedom. You'll also be indelibly impressed with your holiday home's sheer practicality and inventive use of space, with every attention given to simple family living. Invest in family leisure time with your own luxury caravan holiday home.

Caravan parks in Australia are a very popular form of real estate for UK families longing for a great holiday break year after year. Static caravans in Australia are holiday homes or holiday residences that are transportable, but are usually based at a caravan park or campsite for a number of years. Static caravans are equipped with the specifications of a small apartment including 2 to 3 bedrooms and can fit up to 8 people. by Davidson John

Visit Medan City year

Hiii friends..do you ever visit Indonesia island? is yes, which place do you visit?? I think many people will say BALI..but did you know in North Sumatera also have many beautiful places which can be the option when you plan your holiday..

One of them is Maimun Palace which Located on Jl. Brigjen Katamso Medan (10 km from the Polonia airport), Maimun Palace is a holdover of Sultan Makmun Al Rasyid Perkasa Alamsyah. Kingdom deli is dominated by yellow (the color typical wilt) years and was completed in 1888 by Italian architect .When examined, the building has a cultural fusion between Islam and Europe, with some material (such as tile and marble) which is imported from Europe. The build consists of 2 floors with 3 main parts, namely the main building, left wing and right wing.

The influence of European culture is probably quite thick in this palace, we can see from the start lights, chairs, tables, cupboards and the door. The influence of Islam can be seen in the form of a curve (arcade) in the roof like a boat capsize (persian curve), which is usually found on the built in the middle east region.

One of the rooms in the building is Balaiurung. This place is usually used for coronation ceremonial of Sultan Deli. Then there are 40 rooms consisting of 20 rooms on the top floor (where sultan throne) and the prison is located on the floor beneath.

How to write a winning essay without any research!

For ages people have been trying to pick up how to write great essays, be it for their websites, final year thesis or a bestseller book. Here, I would share with you the legendary way masters of the art write with almost no research and still managing to get the results!

It all boils down to the B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T principle. This method had given birth to numerous masters of writing and you will do well to learn this!

For the B principle, it stands for Broad. Your essay should never ever contain details. It is to be as broad as possible. Since we do not want to spend hours on research, we do not want the reader or the grader to know of this. Thus, always frame your arguments and points as broad as possible. This will induce your reader to think that it is due to his/her own ignorance that they cannot understand what you are talking about. The highest level of this is to create a thinking on your readers that you perfectly understand your topic and your research is done to the utmost level and it is them who are the problem. Make them feel as bad about themselves as possible, since this will boost your credibility to the max. This Broad principle is sometimes also known as the Bluff principle but I digress.

For the U principle, it stands for Under. You must always understate, underpromise and underdeliver at every point of the essay. This is where students fails. Once you let slip that you actually know something about the topic, the reader will tend to expect more of such knowledge as they read on, but will not be able to find more since you did not do any type of research in the first place. This hurts your credibility. By adjusting the tone of your essay, you will create no such illusion for them. Since they don't expect any thing overwhelming, then you can maintain this attitude to your advantage when you get the the last part of this strategy.

For the two L principle, it stands for Lengthen and Litter. The Lengthen principle means that you should lengthen any type of desciption to the most number of words as possible. For example, "Fish and Chips" can be lengthen to "aquatic animal which is carefully prepared, exquistely cooked to the sublime level of tastiness coupled with air-flown potatoes from Australia, delightfully sliced into small strips for easy eating and digestion and also includes the premier tomato sauce made from the best of all tomatoes that ever existed on Earth". As for the Litter principle, you must always litter your essay with as much jargons and technical terms so as to support your arguments and make yourself sound smart. Also consider littering subtle hints that you deserve very high marks or very high reviews all over your essay.

For the S principle, it stands for Spam. You must always remember to spam your points all over the essay, under the guise of re-iteration. This give your reader the sense that you have a very strong point to make and that you have research a lot to be able to support your arguments to such a degree. As we know, Pluto is no longer classified as a planet, which means that facts are changed every so often. The last thing you want is that you will be caught with you pants down, when the facts have changed since the time you write your essay, which results to you being penalised. Therefore, you should spam your vague points all over, both making up the words and reducing the need to actually go find facts, which may change and leaves you at a place you don't want to be in.

For the H principle, it stands for nothing. Since I go by the name Mr H, this point is simply here to ensure that no copyright and plagurism exists. Even if they do, I don't care, as long as I will receive an obscene amount of money from the offender. You will be wise to follow my footsteps, after all why reject free money? Writing a thesis or an article requires effort so we want to be compensated for that. Therefore, the moral of the story is to make your essay to be able to earn you money legally, even if you manage to screw up your grades. (Which you wouldn't be as long as you follow the B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T principle to the core)

For the I principle, it stands for Illiterate. When writing, you should always pretend that your readers are illiterate people. Pretending that things is ok is a very positive mindset, since it eases your heart, enable you to relax and enjoy life. Of course, there is the conflicting idea that since you pretend that they are illiterate, then why write at all? This is a philosophical question that is better left to others to discuss since I will just pretend that this idea does not exist.

For the T princple, it stands for Treat. Of all the principles, this is of the utmost importance! If you learn nothing from me, you must definitely remember this point! This principle means that you must always treat your grader, assessor, readers well. Unfortunately, this may require some research. An obscene amount of money or cheque stapled to your manuscript usually work very well but there are cases where it may fail. Your assessor will not want to be caught for accepting the money so you may have to think up new strategies. You can instead staple several two way tickets to a Bali holiday with all expenses paid for. You can also staple an envelope with a credit card with no name and specified amounts inside. What is appropiate here depends on the person you are trying to butter up with. Sorry, I mean the person you want to make better connections with. If your research on the person reveals that he is a lecher, you may want to attach a free air ticket to Amsterdam with special discounts to the red light districts. This last principle is one that you will actually have to use your brain unlike the rest of the principles. However, you have my word that if you do it well, you will enjoy the rewards!

Last but not least, you must always end with a one-liner that may or may not make sense in regards to the essay. This proves to the reader that you are sophisticated enough to end the essay with just one line!

Bali Holiday: Hotels in Seminyak

Island of Bali, one of the main holiday destinations of Indonesia and probably one of the most visited vacation spots in entire Asia, has an incontestable magic, felt by most tourists who spent there longer or shorter getaways. Indonesia is considered by many western people as an exotic travel destination, where everything is different as at their home. Indeed, there all things have a specific charm, from culture to architecture, from weather and climate to vegetation, from food to traditions, from spoken languages to philosophical concepts...

Bali is lying between island of Java to the west and Lombok to the east, the capital city is Denpasar and it has and area of only 5,632 squad km (2,175 sq mi), but a population of over 3 millions of people. The entire island is a holiday resort, with many great accommodation units settled on beautiful beaches or in the high of the mountains, almost all surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and with unforgettable sea views! Everywhere on the island can be found well developed tourist centers dotted with luxurious hotels. A few destinations where are located the best hotels in Bali are Seminyak, Candi Dasa, Ubud, Jimbaran, Tuban, Nusa Dua, Kuta (with one of the most famous beaches in Bali named the Legian Beach), Sanur, Lovina Beach, Pemuteran, Lembogan Island and Tanjung Benoa. Most resorts in Bali are built with a specific Balinese architectural style, feature very luxurious amenities and offer high level services, being categorized as 4 and 5 star hotels. Majority of them don't comprise big size buildings, but have several villas or bungalows spread out around a wider area and offering a better chance to holiday makers to relax and enjoy a quite vacation. Of course, most hotels in Bali have one or more pools, spa centers, and a wide range of vacation facilities such as golf courses, scuba diving equipments, and others.

Seminyak is a famous tourist destination, located on the western side of Bali, just north of Kuta and Legian, being practically a suburb of town of Kuta. It is considered one of the most luxurious areas in Bali, so prices are pretty high, but even so there book accommodation a lot of tourists and also may expatriates bought houses and villas. Most hotels in Seminyak are 4 and 5 star resorts, featuring spa centers, more swimming pools, tennis courts, golf clubs, restaurants with local and international cuisine, shops with local products, all designed to offer vacationers a pleasant stay and splendid memories about Indonesia. Accommodation units as "Apartments Disini Luxury Spa Villas", "Hotel Villa Lumbung", "Hotel Kayana Seminyak", "Hotel Anantara Seminyak", "Hotel The Oberoi Bali", "Hotel The Villas Bali and Spa", "Hotel The Samaya Bali", "Apartments C151 Smart Villas", and "Hotel Bali Rich Luxury Villa" belong to the most luxurious resorts in Bali, but there are also a few 3 star hotels in Seinyak which offer excellent accommodation, one of them being "Hotel Pelangi Bali".

Bali attracts holiday makers looking to spend relaxing beach vacations, but also tourists interested in learning about new cultures and peoples. The last ones have chance to take visits to different temples (which are in fact main tourist attractions for all vacationers) and villages to see how live the locals, to meet them and to buy handicraft products. Island of Bali is a very mountainous one, especially in its central side, the tallest peaks being mount Agung (3142 meters) and mount Batukaru (2271 meters), so the more active tourists and hiking fans can enjoy there great moments too.

Spending a holiday in Bali is great on any region of it, but Seminyak is in the top of the most exquisite resorts of the island. Beside great accommodation offered by luxury hotels in Seminyak and splendid beaches from surroundings where tourists can enjoy at first hand the tropical nature, in the area can be found also a few entertaining zones with lively restaurants, bars, and shops.by Victor Tuszing
